One of the reasons I love being a photographer is the journey. Part of it is the traveling to the destination but a lot of is the journey of getting to know each couple through the engagement and then eventually to when they say i do. Traveling with the couple helps me get to know them better and really forces me to get out of my comfort zone and shoot in places i’m not necessarily familiar with….i totally love it.

Our 2012 Wedding Season is officially over! This year has come and gone and we feel blessed beyond measure! Thank you so much to all of my wonderful clients. I really have a special place in my heart for every couple we meet and thank you all for allowing us to be such an important part of your wedding story. God is amazing and definitely a huge part of who we are and I know he will have even more in store for us in 2013. We are looking forward to the new addition in our family and all of the beautiful weddings of 2013!
I’m really lucky to have Sarah around when I go shooting. Whether it be a wedding or engagement session it’s just nice to enjoy the meaning of the your shoot with the one you are in love with. She helps me with my photography too. I’m able to test my composition with her as my model and she helps me gain my inspiration for the shoot.
